- The provider's legal information is available at https://lovable.dev/terms.
- Technical logs required for the security of the service are kept for a limited period.
3. Nature of the services
- Secwall provides digital asset recovery services built on investigation, tracing and evidence preparation.
- Secwall is neither a banking institution, nor a digital asset service provider, nor a law firm.
- Freezing and restitution action is pursued with the relevant exchanges, banks, advisers and authorities; recovered funds are paid directly to the client.
- Our reports are technical documents intended to support a complaint, procedure, official report or restitution request.
4. No guarantee of outcome
- The outcome of a case depends on facts beyond our control: quality of evidence, responsiveness of platforms, cooperation of authorities and judicial timelines.
- Anyone claiming to guarantee the return of your funds in exchange for payment should be considered suspicious.
- We decline cases with no exploitable technical lead, and we say so before any quote.
5. Intellectual property
- All content on this site (text, visuals, methodologies, report templates) is protected by copyright.
- Any reproduction, adaptation or distribution without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
- Reports provided to a client are intended for them and may be forwarded to their advisers, bank or the competent authorities.

- Secwall cannot be held liable for any use made by a third party of the content published or of external links cited.
- The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or security reasons.
7. Reporting impersonation
- Our emails come exclusively from an @secwall.co.uk address.
- We never spontaneously contact a victim to offer a "fund recovery" in exchange for an upfront payment.
- Any impersonation of our name can be reported to contact@secwall.co.uk.
8. Applicable law
- This legal notice is governed by the law of England and Wales.
- Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
