The first review is confidential and without obligation. It is read and handled by an investigator, not a bot.

Blocked withdrawal, lost access to your trading platform or suspected fraud: describe your situation and we will tell you what is possible.

Make sure you are talking to the real Secwall

The channels below are the only ones through which Secwall contacts you. We never ask for a private key, recovery phrase, exchange login or upfront fees before a written quote — and we never use time pressure.

Scope and limits

  • We investigate, trace and pursue recovery action; any resulting payment goes directly to your own account.
  • Outcomes depend on the facts and the cooperation of third parties.
  • Every engagement is quoted in writing before any billable work.

Fees and process, in plain terms

No surprises about what you owe or what we do. Here are the steps of an engagement and the commitments that come with them.

  1. 1

    First review

You describe your situation. An investigator reads it and replies within one business day, free of charge and without obligation.

  2. 2

    Written proposal

If the case is actionable, you receive the scope, fees and deliverables in writing. You then decide freely.

  3. 3

    Investigation

On-chain tracing, documentation of the facts and official approaches to the entities involved, with regular progress updates.

  4. 4

    Restitution

Any recovered funds are paid directly into your account by the relevant institution. They never pass through Secwall.

No outcome can be guaranteed: every case depends on its facts and on third-party cooperation. Fees are always agreed in writing before billable work begins.
