Frequently asked questions

What you ask us most often

Direct answers, even when they aren't pleasant. A serious investigation starts with realistic expectations.

How can I verify that Secwall itself is legitimate?+

Don't take our word for it — verifying us takes a few minutes. 1) Our company, SWF GROUP LTD, is registered at the UK's Companies House under No. 16819219 — open the official record and compare the registered address (167–169 Great Portland Street, London). 2) Our correspondence only ever comes from @secwall.co.uk addresses, and our only website is https://secwall.co.uk. 3) Every engagement is quoted in writing before any payment: no percentage of "recovered" funds, no "unlocking fees", and never a private key or recovery phrase. 4) If funds are returned, they arrive directly in your own account, never via Secwall. If anyone you speak to breaks these rules, stop contact and report it: in the UK to Action Fraud (actionfraud.police.uk), in France via Pharos (internet-signalement.gouv.fr) or your local police.

Can you recover my funds?+

Yes, we take on recovery cases. We trace the flows, identify exit points, prepare the evidence and pursue action with exchanges, banks, lawyers and the relevant authorities. The result still depends on the facts, timing and decisions of those institutions.

How does withdrawal handling work?+

You tell us the platform, your deposits and the status of your request. We verify the entity and its regulation, build the file (deposits, support correspondence, applicable terms) and send the formal request to the platform, its bank or its regulator where needed. We handle the process, never the money: any payout goes directly to your own account, and we never ask for "unlocking fees".

I need to migrate to a professional platform and withdraw my funds — do you handle that?+

Yes. Some investors hit the limit on a retail platform or are required to move to a professional platform, and the withdrawal or transfer drags on with no clear reason. We check the terms and conditions, the applicable regulation, the platform's actual requirements and prepare the exit or migration file. The final transfer or payment is made directly to your own account.

How long does an investigation take?+

Initial evidence triage takes 24 to 72 hours. A full forensic report is usually delivered within 7 to 15 business days, depending on the number of addresses and hops to analyse.

What documents should I prepare?+

Transaction hashes, destination addresses, bank or platform statements, screenshots of exchanges with the fraudsters, and a timeline of events, even approximate.

Do you ask for my private keys?+

Never. No legitimate investigator asks for a recovery phrase, a private key, a password or a one-time code. Any such request is a fraud attempt.

Is my case too old?+

The public ledger is permanent: events from several years ago remain traceable. However, the later the report, the more the funds may have been converted or dispersed.

Do you work internationally?+

Yes. Secwall is based in the United Kingdom and accepts cases from anywhere in the world. Our reports are written in English or French and designed to be understood by the authorities and lawyers in your jurisdiction.

How are your fees set?+

After evidence triage, a written quote is presented with a precise scope. We never ask for a percentage of the funds "recovered": that model is a classic sign of a secondary scam.

Do my exchanges stay confidential?+

Yes. Case files are accessible only to assigned investigators, hosted in Europe, and your identity is disclosed to a third party only with your consent or under legal requisition.
