Case investigation
We reconstruct the timeline of events, trace on-chain transactions and identify the wallets, platforms and services involved in the fraud.
What our investigators do
When fraud involves crypto assets, the public ledger often makes movements traceable. We reconstruct events, trace funds, identify exit points and pursue an evidence-led recovery case with the relevant institutions.
We reconstruct the timeline of events, trace on-chain transactions and identify the wallets, platforms and services involved in the fraud.
Your privacy is protected from the first message to the last. Encrypted communication, secure document handling, strict access controls.
We follow the diverted funds through wallets, mixers, cross-chain bridges and exchanges, then attribute the final destinations.
The findings are compiled into a structured evidence file, intended for your lawyer, your insurer or the relevant authority.
We turn investigation findings into actionable requests to the exchanges, banks, lawyers and authorities that may be able to act.
Additional service
We can also review a withdrawal request involving an apparently legitimate platform. We verify the entity, deposits and applicable terms before documenting and following the request through official channels. If signs of fraud emerge, the matter moves into our investigation process.
Important: we handle the withdrawal or transfer process, never the money. Funds never pass through Secwall and are paid directly by the platform or institution to your own account. We never ask for an upfront deposit to "unlock" a withdrawal.
Have my situation assessedWhere the evidence allows, we pursue recovery action with exchanges, banks, regulators and authorities (police, public prosecutor, CNIL, AMF, FSMA, FINMA, CSSF depending on country), in coordination with your lawyer. Any restitution is paid directly to the client by the institution authorising it.
Have my case reviewedWho we help
We reconstruct what happened, follow on-chain movements and prepare the evidence needed for official recovery action.
A sourced, timestamped report structured to be attached to a complaint, a claim or a freezing application.
Invested treasury, cyber claim or a blocked corporate account: flow-of-funds audit and documentation your insurer can work from.
On-chain context on flagged addresses to support a blocking decision or a suspicious activity report.
Where the case involves a legitimate platform, we can also document and follow a withdrawal request through official channels.
